Welcome to StatsMapp! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the StatsMapp mobile application operated by BLAM PTY LTD ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StatsMapp, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Age Requirements and Parental Consent

Under 13: StatsMapp is not available to children under 13 years of age.

Ages 13-15: Requires verifiable parental consent before account activation.

Ages 16-17: May create accounts with email verification; parents are notified.

18 and Over: May create accounts with standard email verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• One account per person; no shared accounts

4. Service Description

StatsMapp provides:

• Free Accounts: Track up to 3 games, basic statistics, limited advertising
• Premium Accounts: 25 games per sport, advanced analytics, ad-free experience ($24.99 AUD/year)
• Sports performance tracking and analysis
• Data visualization and progress monitoring
• Secure data storage and backup

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Share inappropriate content (though we have minimal social features)

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is paramount. We collect minimal data and adhere to:

• COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act)
• GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
• Australian Privacy Act
• CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act)

7. Intellectual Property

StatsMapp and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BLAM PTY LTD and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of your sports statistics and data. By using StatsMapp, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

9. Subscription Terms (Premium)

• Price: $24.99 AUD per year
• Billing: Annual subscription, auto-renewable
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime through app store settings
• Refunds: Subject to app store policies

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or in case of technical issues.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLAM PTY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of StatsMapp.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violating these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in Australian courts.
